Roles and Responsibilities • Be responsible to manage a team. • Monitor daily operations, provide appropriate guidance, and identify areas of improvement. • Assign/Monitor tasks to • Observe the daily performance of team members & new joiners. • Immediately resolve any special incident that occurs by following the company’s SOP.
