Job Responsibilities
_Responsible for the booking expense in Odoo brandshop transactions
_Maintain the monthly analysis of all general ledger accounts relating to sales, account receivable, customer deposit, petty cash, internal transfer, accountant payable, commission and sales related taxes.
_Update receivable by coordinating and monitoring Daily Cash receipt, cash sale, customer deposit, and bank remittance transactions.
_Reconcilation between aging account receivable, collection report and treasury’s report on cash collection.
_To ensure the accuracy, speeds and efficiency of processing and monitoring account receivable, account payable and other claim.
_To ensure that inventory is reconciled in system
_To ensure that the cash and bank reconciliation must be accuracy at the cut of date.
_To ensure the transactions are proper record timely by monthly.

Job Requirement

_Bachelor degree in accounting
_Knowledge with taxation is preferable
_Knowledge of Microsoft office and accounting software
_Proficiency in English, both speaking and writing.
_Knowledge of using e-mail for internal and external communication
_Result-oroented
_Open minded, friendly, easy going , helpful, respectfulness
_Good interpersonal and positive manner.
