Job Description៖
- Assists in day-to-day operations of Finance functions to ensure efficiency.
- Assist in daily, monthly, and yearly account closing monitoring and ensure no significant error in accounting records.
- Prepare monthly financial reports and performance reports base on the requirement of stakeholders.
- Manage financial statements, report operations and documentations
- Manage accounting payable and account receivable related activities and audit schedules.
- Monitor and report on outstanding accounts and conduct risk management to find out any issue.
- Supervise and review bank reconciliation and accounts reconciliation.
- Engage in operational issues and listening to their concerns.
- Responsible for all the daily bookkeeping and accounting entries into the accounting system.
- Recommends cost-reducing solution.
- Daily, Monthly Sale Reconcile all sale Chanel such as Store 5 locations, Sale General Trade and Sale Modern Trade.
- Monthly Stock Count Warehouse, Flagship, Stock Consignment and others
- Cash Surprise check by outlet and user.
- Check and review all department purchase Invoice for tax requirement.
- Check and review sub-contract agreements are requirement for taxation.
- Supervise daily Operations, and coaching staff.
- Handle daily transaction reconciliation and settlement balance.
- Performance other tasks as assigned by CEO.

Work Condition៖
- Mon-Sat
- 8AM-05PM​ (1h for lunch break)
- Public Holiday compliance to labor Law
- Location: Toul Kork
