Reporting to: General Manager
Duties and Main Responsibilities :
- Assign job and supervise receptionists for both showroom and office and assign HR tasks to team.
- Provides supplies by identifying needs for reception; maintain company policies, internal rule, procedures and work schedules.
- Furniture, Fixture & Equipment (FF & E) identifying needs; evaluating options; maintaining furniture fixture and equipment; and coordinate with accounting for invoices approval.
- Purchases printed materials and forms by obtaining requirements; negotiating price, quality, and delivery
- Complete special project by organizing and coordinating information and requirements; planning arranging, and meeting schedules; monitoring results.
- Achieves financial objectives by anticipating requirements; submitting information for budget preparation; scheduling expenditures; monitoring costs; analyzing variances.
- Prepare annual estimates of expenditure, maintain budgetary and inventory controls and make recommendations to management.
- Maintains continuity among corporate, division, and departments by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Control and update office facilities, office equipment (FF&E).
- Administration Support to departments dealing with mailing and filing.
- Prepare monthly summary of salaries and benefits of company staff for the payroll.
- Resolve any conflicts between different departments and staff when occurs.
- Coordinate and support to help all the department for the requirement and hand to hand with all departments.
- Oversee and develop implementation of all staff and oversea staff applying for the company policies.
- Other tasks assigned by the management.
- Demonstrate initiative, commitment and responsibility to deliver results before deadline
Job Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree in Business and Administration, or relevant field
- At least minimum 5 years of working experience as Admin and HR Manager
- Must have business proficiency in Khmer and English (Fluently)
- Familiar with Microsoft Office Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Other Programs
- Excellent interpersonal, presentation, communication and problem-solving skill
- Demonstrate initiative, commitment and responsibility to deliver results before deadline

- Able to work with completed tasks on time
