Job Description
• Control document and monitor all company assets (vehicles, fittings, office equipment, etc.).
• Review and check contracts of company leasing, Make contract, agreement and others necessary documentations.
• Ensure all leasing documentation are systematically filed, and manage the expiry date and effectiveness of all document.
• Assist Admin Manager for briefing and training.
• Prepare upon request, relevant reports pertaining to any area of responsibility.
• Maintain a company calendar, schedule appointment and Book meeting rooms as required.
• Update/Record the meetings even weekly meeting any extraordinary meeting.
• Provide general administrative support including prepare office supply, apply visa, booking air tickets, hotel reservation, per-diem.
• Handle on government officer/ Administrative procedure.
• Process legal document compliance required by concerned government institutions.
• Other task as assigned by manager.

Job Requirement:
• Male & Female, Age from 20 to 30
• Bachelor degree in Human Resource Management/Business, Public Administration or related fields.
• At least 1 year experience in related field.
• Good in written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• High self-responsibility strong commitment team work.
• Be polite and friendly, Honesty, loyalty, and pay attention on work.
• Work independent and confidential.
• Knowledge on computer Literacy Microsoft word, Excel, Power Point, and Outlook.
• Self-motivate; flexible; puncture; honest, hardworking with long term commitment.
• Analytical problem solving ability.
