Architect Manager

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
1. Control from start to finish to ensure high quality, innovative and functional design
2. Follow up with Architect of contractor and/or sub-contractor to ensure that work is being carried out as per design/specification/or planning.
3. Produce detailed blueprint and make any necessary correction and compile project specifications.
4. Ensure that all works are carried out to specific standard, building codes, guideline and regulations
5. Cooperate and liaise with contractor and construction professional.
6. Interact with site manager for clarification in architectural, conducting regular job site inspections, assist in the quality and safety audit.
7. Identify and highlight possible risk on project.
8. Submit Daily, Weekly and Monthly reports and keeping on top of paperwork.
9. Other tasks assigned by site manager.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
(Education, Qualification/Skills/Behaviors, and Related Experiences.)
1. Bachelor in architect.
2. Proficient in Computer MS Office, CAD.
3. Minimum 5 years’experience in Excellent drawing skills and familiarity with design software (Adobe Photoshop, SketchUp, 3D Studio VIZ or similar).
4. Proven working experience in drawings check, and construction site supervision
5. Expert knowledge of building products, construction details and relevant rules, regulations and quality standards
6. Good in English & Khmer communication skills
7. Able to multi task
8. Knowledge of design concpt, construction management, materials and procedures.
9. Involved in at least 3 mixed use projects.
