Responsibility for directs sales.
Maintain contact and build strong relationships with owner properties and customers
Maintains full information of opportunities, tasks and visits
Understand customer’s requirement properly
Identify and resolve client concerns with various methods include: face to face, meeting, phone, and email.
Building the competitive advantages over the competitors
Attract new customers and maintain the existing customers
Data entry into the system and update information for posting on website
Follow up and update customer relationship report
Assist to setting up marketing strategies
Prepare daily and weekly sales report to the management
Jobs Requirement
Bachelor in Marketing &Communications or Relevant filed
At least 1 years working experience in sale and leasing or equal
Good communication skill and setting up the appointment
Enjoy meeting people with warm and outgoing personality
Ability to work under pressure
Be flexible, teamwork, influencing and negotiation
Be patient, hardworking, honestly, independent and flexible, integrities and strong commitment.
Good written, spoken English and Chinese is a plus.
Knowledge in MS. Office ( Word, Excel and Internet & Email )
