Key Responsibilities:

1-Manage and lead a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, coaching, and support to achieve sales targets.
2-Develop and implement sales strategies and action plans to drive sales growth in the general trade segment.
3-Establish strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and retailers in the assigned area.
4-Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify opportunities for growth.
5-Conduct regular market visits to assess performance, gather feedback, and address any issues or concerns.
6-Analyze sales data and reports to evaluate performance and identify areas for improvement.
7-Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, operations, and logistics to ensure smooth execution of sales activities.
8-Train sales team members on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service standards.
9-Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards of performance.
10-Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management.

Qualifications:

-Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
-Proven experience in sales, preferably in the FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) industry.
-Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and trends.
-Results-oriented with a track record of achieving sales targets.
-Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and sales software applications.
-Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the assigned area.
