Position Summary:
Th Assistant Engineering Manager is responsible for supporting the General Manager in monitoring the overall efficiency of the entire Serviced Apartment in the implementation of procedures for services, such as maintenance of the property operations, the M & E operations, etc.

1. Ensure the provision of all technical services within the serviced Apartment.
2. Support Manager to work out the systematic maintenance plan.
3. Work out budgets of the Engineering department.
4. Provide proposals and directions to resolve technical problems referred.
5. Oversee training for Engineering staff.
6. Perform as “Manager on Duty” when assigned
7. Ensure the Department’s overall efficiency.
8. Follow up any additional requests from residents.
9. Ensure the safety of Tenants and staff.
10. Perform other duties as assigned by the General Manager

Job requirement
1. University graduate with a major in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering.
2. At least 4 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity (at least 2 years in the hospitality industry in a supervisor or leader position is preferable).
3. Good written and verbal communication in the English Language, Ability to maintain and repair relevant machinery.
4. Knowledge of functions of relevant technical systems and associated equipment and operational procedures.
5. Knowledge of local statutory, building, and fire requirements.
6. Good management and supervisory skills.
