Job description
- Manage multiple projects as assigned by the school director related to internal and external stakeholders.
- In charge of competition and scholarship department including related events and provide counseling advice to students.
- Lead research and innovation department to bring new and value added initiative to the school entity and conduct each department performance review and quality control to ensure efficiency and effectiveness of work produced.
- Conduct and coordinate with specialized staff/external parties to provide professional development to staff including the leverage of technology to boost the work efficiency.
- Assist school director in HR related work and compliance.
- Assist the school director in any work assigned.

Qualification requirement
- Be proficient in English and Khmer both in writing and speaking abilities (handwriting and computer typing in both languages)
- Communicate effectively to deliver result
- Uphold integrity
- Work professionally
- A track record of progressive career progress in working at international schools in Phnom Penh Cambodia is an advantage
- Competent fresh graduates with innovative ideas in Education sector are welcomed to apply.

Working days: Monday to Friday from 8 am to 5 pm with 1 hour lunch break (lunch is provided) and Saturday from 8 am to 12 pm (lunch is provided)
