Job Description
• Interpreter Thai to Khmer and Khmer to Thai
• Interpreter English to Khmer and Khmer to English
• Making Applications for Business Trip expense
• Shipment transaction and export transaction
• Conduct research and prepare presentations or reports as assigned
• Organizing and servicing meetings (producing agendas and taking minutes)
• Answering calls, taking messages, emailing, and handling correspondence
• Arrange a schedule for an appointment
• Make report for all export
• Contact all clients for exportation
• Other tasks assigned by Managing Director
Job Requirement
• Minimum 3 years of working experience in a secretary or similar administrative role
• Degree in business administration or a relative field
• Mature, proactive, good personality, honest, strong commitment
• Computer literacy and ability to use MS. Office
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Good command of English and Thai
• Teamwork and under pressure
