*Responsibilities;
- Politely answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner.
- Generate customer interest in the company’s products or services.
- Provide personalized customer service by responding to the needs of customers.
- Document and report on customer feedback to improve the customer experience.
- Manage and update customer databases with notes for each customer.
- Other tasks assigned by line manager.

*Requirement;
- University Student with relevant field.
- Fresh people or 1year experience with Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening.
- Customer-service orientation Friendly people
- Customer focus and adaptability to different personality type.
- Computer literacy Ms. office, Internet & Email
- Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
- Honesty, and excellent interpersonal skills.
. Good in written and verbal communication skills both in Khmer and English.
