Requirements:
 Good understanding of English both verbal and written
 Friendly personality
 Knowledge of all menu items
 Work closely with fellow staff on customer service and operations issues
 Must be well-groomed and presentable to all guests
 Ability to work under pressure
 Able to work under pressure
 Supervising guest reservations, control flow and seating of guest
 Interact with the restaurant guest and obtain feedback
 Handling and solving any customer complaints
 Have a good understanding of POS functionality
 Ensure that waitresses and bartenders are coming on time, are dressed, and groomed
correctly and ready for service with a smile
 Responsible for the cash flow & Reporting
 Perform special duties as assigned by the restaurant manager & F&B Director
