Requirements:
Good understanding of English both verbal and written
Friendly personality
Knowledge of all menu items
Work closely with fellow staff on customer service and operations issues
Must be well-groomed and presentable to all guests
Ability to work under pressure
Able to work under pressure
Supervising guest reservations, control flow and seating of guest
Interact with the restaurant guest and obtain feedback
Handling and solving any customer complaints
Have a good understanding of POS functionality
Ensure that waitresses and bartenders are coming on time, are dressed, and groomed
correctly and ready for service with a smile
Responsible for the cash flow & Reporting
Perform special duties as assigned by the restaurant manager & F&B Director
