RESPONSIBILITIES
- Accountable for the efficient operation of the corporate and commercial claims section for Dara Insurance Plc
- Providing prompt, efficient and effective claims handling service and technical support in accordance with Company’s policies, Ministry of Economy and Finance and IAC guidelines
- Applicable to meet the Company’s objectives and customers’ expectation
- The primary purpose is to investigate, negotiate and settle all assigned claims promptly and equitably within the best provisions of the policy contract and specialized lines of business
- Proactively manage business process to the best outcome for Etiqa and the customers. The work involves collecting and analysing information for each claim for advice to the next level.
- Responsible for keeping claims costs at minimum level but not at the expense of the Insured’s claims.
- To continually enhance and develop work processes with the objective of achieving total quality and excellent corporate and commercial claims handling operations.
- The role holder has a direct supervisory responsibility, and therefore will have some responsibility to develop skill, knowledge and competencies in his staff and to look to develop the best practice.


REQUIREMENT
- Degree In Business/ Insurance related filed/professional insurance qualification ACII/AMII/AAII
- At least 5 years’ experience in claim handling of various classes
- Good Command of spoken and written Khmer and English
- Strong interpersonal skills / ability to communicate effectively
- Professional approach and a team player to achieve Company’s objectives
- Possess good negotiation, analytical and problem solving skills
- IT related skills
- Strong leadership qualities.
