Job Responsibilities:
• Track and monitor late payments for Mango Finance’s personal loans –
o Remind customers when payments are due
o Follow up late customers via SMS, call, and/or house visits
• Prepare daily reports for (Microsoft Excel) –
o Loan collection status
o Reason why customer is late
o Action to be taken with customer
• Work with Field Operations Executive to ensure fast and efficient collections across whole of
Cambodia
• Supervise and train junior collections officers to ensure late payment is as low as possible
Job Requirement
• At least 4-5 years working experience
• Previous experience in Loan Collections for Bank or MFI
• Good in spoken and written English and Khmer
• Must know how to use Microsoft Excel and email
• Able to find solutions in difficult situations, and able to work under pressure
