Duties and responsibilities:
• Independently organize the comprehensive decision-making of large projects and discover and analyze problems regarding standard exercising of authority.
• Discover problems about process compliance and system applications, and give
recommendations for improvement.
• Participate in the maintenance of the authorization, standard contract, and quality management system and associated policies and help drive the implementation of the managerial work and policies.
• Take charge of the commercial bidding and solution design for large projects as well as functional reviews on the commercial and legal affairs of small- and medium-sized projects.
• Assist in organizing operations of negotiation project teams and participate in the negotiation on commercial solutions and terms & conditions.
• Build up contract & negotiation platforms

Initial requirement:
• Bachelor’s degree of Commerce, International Business and related fields of study.
• Knowledge in Contract Management and conversant in contract management policies and processes
• Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines with team player attitude.
• Good interpersonal skills and excellent command of spoken and written English&Chinese.
• Good computer skills at MS Office, such as WORD, EXCEL, PowerPoint and Oracle.
• Ability of both spoken and written in Chinese are required
