Job Descriptions
• Partner with senior leadership to develop and implement effective HR policies and practices that will support the strategic growth of a business.
• Facilitate Annual Work Plan with Investment project and support GM’s performance tracking.
• Assist HRBP Manager to adjust HR strategic to response business needs & assessing the HR implications of strategic options.
• Review and identify critical role within company/business/project.
• Facilitate Individual Development Plan (IDP) each successor with Line Manager and L&D Department.
• Keep track and record of each successor Individual Development Plan (IDP) progression.
• Produce progression report of successor Individual Development Plan (IDP).
• Review & analyze on Manpower needs of assigned projects.
• Collect and review on Job Description of the company/business/project;
• Lead and develop Functional Competency for the management positions (Based on the list of critical position planning program approved by the Director).
• Lead core HR processes across products (performance calibration, compensation cycle, promotions).
• Track performance and consolidate report for all property management and investment.
• Work with relevant heads of GM, Property Manager, Sales Manager to set PIP, track, evaluate, and recommendation.
• Produce summary progression work plan report monthly, annually.


Job Specifications
• Bachelor or Master Degree in Human Resource, or related field.
• At least 3 years’ experience as an HR Business Partner.
• Proven expertise in developing HRM policies, procedures and strategies in multi-business company.
• High standard of attention to detail.
• Ability to influence and persuade senior management level.
• Excellent communication, diplomatic and organization skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and with personnel from all levels.
• Tact and the ability to deal with difficult situation.
• Strong understanding in Cambodian Labor Law and Legal Compliance.
• Good resource allocation skills.
• Good command in English and Chinese is an advantage.
