JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Designing and overseeing all aspects of our digital marketing including
digital platforms database, strategies/campaigns and ads optimization.
- Plans and executes all web SEO/SEM, Social Network, email, social media,
and display advertising campaigns.
- Identifies trends and insights and optimizes performance based on the
insights and Cambodia trend.
- Evaluating important metrics that optimize our website traffic and outreach
to target audiences
- Developing and monitoring Digital budget plan and spending.
- Identifying the latest trends and technologies affecting our industry or
business.
- Planning and managing digital marketing contents/campaigns that promote
company’s brand, products, and services.
- Analyze and reports performance of all digital marketing
strategies/campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
- Coordinating with advertising and media experts to improve digital
marketing results.
- Preparing accurate reports on Digital marketing campaign’s overall
performance (Vs KPIs).
- Up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- At least Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Management, Business
Administration or other related fields.
- Minimum 2 years experiences in digital Marketing.
- Experiencing with advertisement/media agency firms will be more
advantageous.
- Ability to work under pressure to ensure the efficiency running of an event.
- Experienced or talented for organizing and working complex in an efficient
and methodical manner.
- In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, best practices, and
website analytics.
- Highly creative with excellent analytical abilities.
- Strong negotiation, leadership, and planning skills.
- Ability to support various projects meet required deadline.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good command of both written and spoken English.
- Knowledge on Microsoft Word, Excel & Power Point.
