Guest Service position at Namaste India Restaurant: Job Title: Guest Service Waitress Location: Namaste India Restaurant Salary Range: $500-$600 per month Working: Full time (weekly day off) Experience Required: Minimum 3 years of experience in the hospitality industry Fluent communication skills in English Familiarity with guest service and etiquette Responsibilities: Welcoming Guests: Greet and welcome guests as they enter the restaurant. Reservation Handling: Manage reservations efficiently. Seating Guests: Escort customers to their assigned dining seats. Menu Assistance: Provide menus and introduce the name of the person take order. Farewell: Greet customers upon their departure. Counter Area Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized counter area. Special Attention: Cater to guests who require extra attention (e.g., children, elderly). Phone Handling: Answer incoming calls and address customer queries. Requirements: Previous work experience as a Waitress. Understanding of restaurant etiquette. Familiarity with health and safety regulations. Excellent communication skills (both phone and in-person). Strong organizational skills to monitor the entire dining area. Good physical condition to walk and stand during an entire shift.
