Digital Marketing Supervisor:
We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Supervisor to lead and assist in the implementation of digital advertising campaigns across various channels, such as Facebook, Youtube, Tiktok, and GDN. The Digital Marketing Supervisor will also be responsible for managing reports from data insights across all AMS channels, approaching sponsorships, partners, and clients, reviewing sales policies and contracts, as well as conducting research and development for new technologies and tools. The ideal candidate must have excellent analytical skills, experience in sales and cooperation, and the ability to work under pressure.

Role and Responsibilities:
• Be responsible for developing and executing effective digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms, including Facebook, Youtube, Tiktok, and GDN. They will work closely with management to ensure that campaigns align with company goals and objectives.
• Help management develop report formats that accurately capture the results of digital advertising campaigns. They will use their knowledge of data analysis and digital marketing to provide insights that help the company make informed decisions.
• Supervise Content Creator team to create high-quality, engaging content for various social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
• Develop and execute a content strategy that aligns with the brand's messaging and goals while keeping up with current trends and best practices in digital marketing.
• Supervise Video Editors and Camera Operators team to provide on-time services and produce videos on time.
• Analyze and consolidate data from various sources and report the results to management. They will use their analytical skills to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for future campaigns.
• Be responsible for collecting and analyzing data from all of the company's digital channels (Facebook page, Website, Youtube, Telegram, Tiktok, Instagram, Snapchat), including social media, email marketing, and the website. They will use their expertise in data analysis to develop insights that inform future marketing efforts.
• Work with management to identify and approach potential sponsors, partners, and clients in accordance with management's instructions. They will leverage their experience in sales and cooperation to develop strong relationships with these stakeholders.
• Provide insights based on their experience in sales and digital marketing to help optimize the company's sales processes.
• Work with managements to reviews draft contracts and agreements with partners and clients to ensure that they are accurate and aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
• Review and provide feedback on artwork and graphic design materials used in digital advertising campaigns. They will ensure that these materials are visually appealing and aligned with the company's branding guidelines.
• Involve in the analysis, design, and implementation of the company's website and other digital tools. They will use their expertise in digital marketing to ensure that these tools are effective in achieving the company's goals.
• Assist management in researching and developing new technologies and tools that can be used to improve the company's digital marketing efforts. They will use their knowledge of the latest trends and best practices to identify opportunities for innovation.
• Be responsible for ensuring that all staff members meet their deadlines and complete their tasks on time. They will use their organizational skills to keep track of deadlines and communicate with staff members as needed.
• Report management about any issues or risks associated with implementing tasks. They will use their problem-solving skills to identify potential issues and work with management to develop solutions.
• Responsible for organizing and maintaining all digital marketing-related files and documents. They will ensure that all files are easily accessible and up-to-date.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree in a related such as marketing, communications, or business.
• Have at least 3 years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong understanding of the tools and strategies used in this field such as Google Analytic.
• Have experiences working with sales teams and cooperating with other departments to achieve marketing goals.
• Have experiences working with digital advertising agencies are preferred, as they will be familiar with industry standards and best practices.
• Be comfortable working with data and should have experience in analyzing data to inform marketing decisions.
• Be able to work well with others and have strong interpersonal skills. They should also be friendly, flexible, and able to adapt to changing circumstances.
• Be able to work well under pressure, manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and prioritize work effectively.
• Be patient, persistent, and able to motivate themselves to achieve goals.
• Have strong time management skills, be able to prioritize tasks effectively, and be able to manage their time efficiently.
