JOB DESCRIPTION: - Organize and assist to implement student orientation grade and registration activities related to English placement test - Cooperate with other team members to assist in the development in establishment of school goals and objectives and the planning of the school English program. - Coordinate General English Program - Create and maintain project documentation, such as meeting minutes, agendas, risks, issue, and change control procedure and log - Work with key team members in planning and developing English program/project work plans. - Create training and workshop for English teachers - Substitute classes when teachers are absent - Develop outstanding reputation and outcome for the school - Ensure integrity/honesty to the school - Ensure good working productivity and improve quality of the school - Provide direction of staff and teachers in implementing goals and objectives - Check teacher’s lesson plans - Observe teachers and give feedback - Assist and disseminate information about school’s disciplinary policies and procedure to parents, children and the community - Supervise and maintain services and use of resources to supplement the school program - Display the highest ethical and professional behaviour and standards when working with children, teachers and parents - Serve as a role model for children, teachers and staff - Develop clearly understood procedure and provide regular drills to comply with the administration policies Requirement: - At Least hold a Bachelor Degree in Education or related field - At least 3-year experience with Education Management -Male/Female, age 25-45 - Be a team player - Manage to do multi-tasks - Good interpersonal skills - Computer Application (Microsoft Office,Powerpoint...)
