FEMALE HR & Admin Office Hiring, Priority: Cambodian/Vietnamese

Job Description:
- To issued announcement, contract, regulation and policy of company
- To keep documents of profile of employee –staff at the market
- To control staffs uniform, material of company
- Do the monthly attendance of Staffs office and Market
- To control the staffs in and staffs out
- Updating staff profile, application & record staff history
( CV, cover letter and keep their history in file)
- Preparing staff ID card: (Make staff cards for new employees)
- Calling candidates for interviews: (Call shortlist and make appointments for interviews)
- Making employment letter for open bank account for new staff (Issue letter for creating bank account for the new staff)
- Prepare staff monthly OT list
- Check their activity on market
- Follow up company's information to Supervisor all provinces
- Prepare The Master list of all staffs market
- Other task assign by manager

Requirements:
- CV(English Language)
- Overseas business trips are possible according to the company's arrangements.
- There's a personal laptop.
- Proficient in English.
- Graduated from college, university majoring in archival literature, office administration, English language, etc.
- Proficiency in using computer applications such as word processing, spreadsheets, email, and calendar management software.
- Profile management skills, data, planning skills, and dynamic skills.
- Good organizational skills to manage multiple tasks, prioritize work, and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in time management to handle various responsibilities efficiently.
- Good problem-solving skills to handle unexpected situations and resolve issues efficiently.
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and work demands.
- Has 1 year or more experience as a HR/Administration
- Professional manner, confidence.

Working conditions:
• Working Days: Monday-Friday, and Saturday (half day)
• Working Hours: 8:30AM – 6:00 PM (Lunch break: 1 Hour)
