FEMALE Secretary director/Administrator, FEMALE Cambodian who goods at English skill

Working time: office time
Salary: Negotiable

- Arrange work schedules, meeting schedules, work schedules, organize meetings, record and summarize the contents of meetings for the director
- Prepare documents and collect necessary information at the request of the Director.
- Supporting the letter work of the director's office: keeping records and preparing the director's documents when traveling on business trips.
- Communicate the information of the director to the relevant departments and departments and send direct feedback to the director.
- Carry out logistics for the director's business trips (contact partners, airline reservations, hotel reservations, visa procedures).
- To assist the Director in internal and external relations when necessary.
Compile the translation of documents when requested.
- Other duties as assigned by the director.

Communication and correspondence:

Respond to inquiries and provide information to clients, customers, and employees.
Draft and edit correspondence, memos, and other office documents.
Coordinate internal and external communication, including distributing internal announcements and coordinating company-wide emails.

Office maintenance and organization:
Ensure the office is clean, tidy, and well-maintained.
Coordinate with vendors and service providers for office repairs and maintenance.
Manage office equipment and coordinate repairs or replacements as needed.
Manage contract and price negotiations with office vendors, service providers, and office lease

Miscellaneous tasks:

Organize outing trip for employee of head office according to the approved plan and budget.
Organize weekly/monthly/quarterly meetings for Managers and staff
Coordinate with other departments and team members to ensure smooth operations.
Perform any other administrative tasks as assigned by the direct supervisor.

Requirements:
- CV(English Language)
- Overseas business trips are possible according to the company's arrangements.
- There's a personal laptop.
- Proficient in English.
- Graduated from college, university majoring in archival literature, clerical secretary, office administration, English language, etc.
- Proficiency in using computer applications such as word processing, spreadsheets, email, and calendar management software.
- Profile management skills, data, planning skills, and dynamic skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills to greet and interact with people from diverse backgrounds in a professional and friendly manner.
- Good organizational skills to manage multiple tasks, prioritize work, and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in time management to handle various responsibilities efficiently.
- Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in managing documents, schedules, and records.
- Good problem-solving skills to handle unexpected situations and resolve issues efficiently.
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and work demands.
- Has 1 year or more experience as a director's secretary.
- Professional manner, confidence.
