JOB DESCRIPTION
Task 1: Receive and handle customer feedback. Propose optimal solutions to ensure customer satisfaction with the company's services.

1.1 Ensure high levels of student satisfaction by promptly addressing their needs and feedback.

1.2 Ensure that school procedures/policies are implemented correctly according to company requirements and scope.

Task 2: Participate in the implementation of HR/Customer/Student/Internal procedures.

2.1 Perform tasks related to customers: check-in, student class attendance control, booking schedules, etc.

2.2 Perform internal tasks: teacher class attendance control, coordination, class schedule control, etc.

2.3 Propose to direct management regarding operational management and Customer Service Department management.

2.4 Implement plans for new projects to improve service quality for students. Identify new tools and technologies to better serve customers.

Task 3: Manage facilities and equipment.

3.1 Collaborate with related departments to ensure that facilities and equipment are maintained in good working condition and promptly addressed.

3.2 Supervise and monitor the import/export of goods and inventory to ensure smooth operation.

Task 4: Perform other assigned tasks by direct management.

JOB REQUIREMENT
Knowing English and Korean is an advantage.
Previous reception experience is an advantage (priority of experienced personnel in the fields of Foreign Languages, Fitness, Music, etc.).
Prioritize the environment that used to work as a Startup for services and technology.
Good communication skills
Have the spirit of customer service
Skillful at using sales/payment/marketing software
