Position: Daon Hair Studio General Manager
Salary: $500-$1000 ( negotiable based on the abilities and talent )
Location: Aeon Mall 1
4 days off a month
Plus Annual leaves
100% Tips and commission
working with Korean professional hair stylist
Requirements
- Age 26-32
- Could read and write from Khmer to English and vice versa
- The more experience in management the better
- Could speak Korean or Chinese is a plus
- Have good manner and characteristic
- Holding the bachelor degree in management, international relations or related field.
- flexible to learn basic things related to the crucial elements in Hair Salon.
Responsibilities
A salon manager has a wide range of responsibilities to ensure the smooth operation and success of the salon. The duties include:

1. Staff Management: Hiring, training, and supervising salon staff, including hairdressers, beauticians, and receptionists. Manage staff schedules and address any employee issues.

2. Customer Service: Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service and Handle client complaints and feedback.

3. Financial Management: Overseeing the salon's finances, including budgeting, managing expenses, setting service prices, and ensuring profitability. Handle payroll and responsible for seeking ways to increase revenue.

4. Inventory Management: Ordering beauty products and supplies, managing inventory levels, and negotiating with suppliers to ensure the salon is well-stocked and costs are controlled.

5. Salon Maintenance: Ensuring the salon environment is clean, safe, and welcoming. This includes maintaining salon equipment and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

6. Marketing and Promotion: Developing and implementing marketing strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones. This might involve managing social media accounts, creating promotional offers, and networking in the community.

7. Appointment Scheduling: Overseeing the booking of appointments and managing the salon's schedule to maximise efficiency and customer satisfaction.

8. Trend Awareness: Keeping up-to-date with industry trends, new products, and techniques to ensure the salon remains competitive and offers the latest services.

9. Professional Development: Encouraging and facilitating continuous professional development and training for staff to enhance their skills and services offered in the salon.
