Duties and Responsibilities:
• Design strategy and set goals for growth of assigned Business Unit/s
• Control budgets and optimize expenses
• Setup management team to create a viable business case/plan
• Being passionate about the customer service and retail industry while inspiring, coaching, developing, empowering and holding accountable all team members to deliver an exceptional customer experience while developing and sustaining a profitable environment
• Responsible for maintaining the highest standards of customer service, retail presentation, and comprehensive internal and external image
• Analyse, recognize, and proactively manage sales, margin, product inventory levels, cash and inventory, and purchase trends. Utilizing other reporting metrics to maximize bottom line profitability at store level
• Ensuring company’s marketing plans and procedures are executed at store level consistently
• Managing employee activities and assigned duties for proper execution and timely completion
• Complete, accurate and timely employee performance reviews
• Implementing and enforcing all company policies, rules and procedures
• Provides support to ensure high level of employee morale and engagement through enhanced communication, role modelling, employee recognition, consistent feedback, along with direct accountability
• A proactive business manager in all aspects of store operations to achieve company goals and be able to read, understand, and react to P&L and other analytical reports
• Provides solutions to issues (e.g. profit decline, employee conflicts, loss of business to competitors)
• Reports directly to the Executive Director

Qualifications
• Leadership and management skills, with at least 5 years of experience in a senior management role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders, employees, and customers
• An entrepreneurial mindset with experience in developing and executing growth strategies
• Familiarity with retail operations, logistics and distribution, and market trends
• An analytical mind with experience in budget management and financial analysis
• A bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or related field
• Fluency in Khmer and English is preferable
