• Delivering service excellence, from check in to check out and everywhere during stay.
• Preparing a proper list after gathering the arrival and check-in information of all the guests.
• Attending inquiries requested by the guests regarding facilities provided and everything else.
• Checking if adequate welcome amenities are available for arrival guests on the list.
• Attending to VIPs with more attention and hostility.
• Maintaining a polite and humble personality while attending to the guests.
• Providing a detailed description of all the information that can be potentially asked for along with the documents needed. Ex- Food menu, facilities available in rooms, areas ideal for tourism, etc.
• Taking care of each and everything the guest might need and ask for, to avoid a last-minute rush.
• Checking the amenities for their quality and proper provision to leave no ground for complaints from the guests.
• Ensuring maintenance of proper information in the database.
• Being responsible for completing a wide variety of front office tasks, which will ensure that every day is different from selling the hotel's facilities to taking reservations and maintaining guest accounts.
• Working in close coordination with the manager and getting in touch with him whenever needed.
• Performing other duties as assigned, requested, or deemed necessary by management.
• Bachelor's degree in business administration or hospitality is advantageous or at least 2 years’ experience in the front office department.
• Well-versed with skills pertaining to the operation of computers.
• Fluent with soft skills, reading, writing and oral proficiency in English language.
• Good communication, customer contact, leadership and motivating skills.
• An outspoken person will be given preference.
• Good computer skills, with knowledge of booking systems, both in-house and online.
• Must comply with the standards set by the hospitality industry on professional grounds.
• Self-motivated and energetic. Must be well-presented and professionally groomed.
