- Recruiting, training and supervising staff, oversee rotation of working schedule
- Managing budgets, access and oversee related paper work/flow in the centre
- Enhancing profitability by organising and delivering an appropriate range of gym/fitness activities and
programmes
- Keeping statistical and financial records
- Maintaining fitness equipment, hygiene in the club/lounge/restaurant
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety legislation
- Maintaining customer service standards
- Undertaking administrative tasks & advise team work
- Promoting and marketing the business (OFFLINE & ONLINE)
- Dealing with enquiries, complaints and emergencies
- Recruit gym trainers, online trainer and physical trainers
- Understanding about gym/fitness tools, program of trending gym
- Understanding source of gym tool purchasing
- Other task from time to time and work/report closely with the management/owner of the centre
Requirement:
- Candidates shall be physically fits and any degrees are acceptable for this position
- Possess sound customer service, business, management, sales and marketing skills
- Good problem solving, interpersonal, organisational and communication skills are also essential
- First aid qualifications are beneficial for most positions.
- Cambodian with English or Chinese speaking candidates are encouraged
- Love gym/fitness and committed on work to handle the centre
- Experience to handle gym/fitness or lounge and restaurant are preferable
- Experience in managing staff and operations
