I. Joint duties and obligations
1. Organize, lead, develop and update policies, procedures, models and guidelines related to delays in debt settlement to ensure effective implementation.
2. Manage, develop debt resolution strategies, and regularly monitor defaulted debts and analyze risk levels in order to resolve and take timely action.
3. Prepare and manage the list of all customers to the debt collection staff at the beginning of each month, contact by phone and / or deal directly with customers at field side.
4. Participate in staff recruitment and training the subordinates and related departments to ensure full competence for the role.
5. Manage and implement the KPI/Plan by monitoring and evaluating the collection result and improving all issues within the role to be highly effective.
II. Detailed duties and obligations
Head of Loan Recovery shall have main duties and obligations as below:
1. Regularly manage, track the To Do List which allocate to concern staff/team.
2. Prepare KPI or Yearly/Monthly Collection Plan for each staff/team (Loan Arrear and Write Off) and close monitor as daily, weekly to collection result.
3. Daily Control and Prepare Collection Report to submit to Top Management Team.
4. Coach, guide, share and direct leading to Loan Recovery Staff to connect with clients by Phone Calling or direct visiting to any addresses such as Home, Working place, Business place and other address - Hometown as well.
5. Prepare Loan List to request write off follow to CEO’s recommend or by company policy.
6. Organize, direct and provide key strategies/techniques in Loan Recovery Flow.
7. Direct support to Loan Recovery Staff at field side/Provinces to collect payment/repossession.
8. Discuss with Deputy Head or Supervisor to make complaint client to local authority/court.
9. Collection Policy or Procedure amendment/revision to adapt with current situation.
10. Take responsible with other tasks as assigned or required by the manager on direct basis in the role competence.
11. Take responsible with resolution of any issues occurred in role cycle in event of failure to be resolved, shall notify to the manager directly.
12. Contribute to maintain and promote honor, reputation and work culture of the company.
