Job Description / Responsibilities:

• Recruitment and Selection, this includes manpower planning, recruitment planning, and person specifications, preparing advertisements, checking application forms, shortlisting, interviewing and selecting candidates, confirming employment. Handle on new employee process, prepare confirmation of employment, guarantee documentation, employee ID card, Prepare employee profile, office equipment and other accessory, keep employee profile, Follow up probation.
• Prepare the employment Contracts
• Prepare the monthly payroll for staffs
• Control the staff attendance
• Prepare and update staff list
• Prepare the staff compliance
• Other tasks will be assigned by superiors

 Job Requirement:
• Bachelor degree in HRM, Business Administration etc
• At least 02year experience or other related fields
• Good computer skills such word, excel, Email etc
• Good English (Reading, Speaking, Writing)
• Sound practice and knowledge of HR
• Able to do multi task and deadline
• Good Communication, attitude, dependent with flexible
