Position: HR Administrative



Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Forming and maintaining employee records
• Updating databases internally, such as sick and maternity leave
• Preparing and amending where necessary HR documents, i.e. employment contracts and recruitment guides
• Managing all documents of HRT department and initiate an effective way of managing it.
• Communicating with external partners
• Reporting regularly on HR metrics, such as company turnover
• Being the first point of contact for employees on any HR related queries
• Assisting in staff appraisal process and recruitment process.
• Assisting with payroll by providing the department with relevant employee information, i.e. overtime, and leave taken
• Helping with various arrangements internally, from travel to processing expenses



Qualifications and Competencies:

• BSc in HR or a relevant field
• At least 1 year experience as a HR administrator or HR administrator’s assistant
• Understanding various HR software systems, like HRMS
• Computer literate with programmes such as word, excel, etc.
• Good in English
• Familiar with all HR functions especially in staff performance management, staff engagement program, recruitment etc.
• Good understanding of labour laws
• Organizational skills and ability to prioritize
• Interpersonal with good communicative skills
