Job Description
1. Oversee and manage payroll process, time attendance, salary and benefits, overtime pay, allowance, staff disciplinary, and work conflict in compliance with company policy and labor law
2. Coordinate with Finance Manager in the preparation of monthly Payroll.
3. Oversee and implement HR policies, procedures, SOPs, and daily operations
4. Plan and implement HR and administration activities
5. Manage employee relations and investigate employee issues, if any
6. Oversee daily operations and overlook the office and facilities management


Job Requirement
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Banking and Finance, Human Resources or other related fields, MSc/MA in human resources will be a plus
- Proven experience in Management Level
- Good knowledge and experience in all aspects of HR
- Good knowledge of Cambodian Labor Law
- Knowledge of data analysis and reporting
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
