Recruitment Officer
Job Description • Participate the recruitment activities (Job Fair, Job Presentation, Hiring Day, Team Work Activities else) • Responsible for placing online job announcement both internal & external channel • To ensure the hiring process have compliance to company policy, Required document else • Maintaining relationships with both internal and external clients to ensure staffing goals are achieved • Communicate in advance to related people of new staff onboarding • Update weekly to HRM and Admin about recruitment progress (HC pending, HC fill up, Challenge & Issue) • Prepare HR and Admin documents and employee contracts • Produce monthly recruitment report to HRM and Admin Job Requirements • Bachelor degree in human resource management or relevant, • At Least 1 Years’ experience in HR & Admin • Strong Communication skill both English & Khmer, • Organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple assignments • Good knowledge of computer literacy (Ms. Word, Ms. Excel, Power Point, Internet and E-mail)
