Job Descriptions:
• Post job opening positions
• Assist with onboarding process for new employees (Pre-Check list including working tools, ID card, Family book, photo…..)
• Gather CVs and update records in database
• Centralize JD for all position in database
• Other administrative tasks as assigned
Job Requirements:
1. Undergraduate or graduate program in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
2. Have basic understanding of HR concepts, as well as labor laws
3. Ability to use Microsoft Office tools
4. Good command of spoken and written English
5. Be able to learn quickly
6. Energetic, motivated, dedicated and reliable
