** Main Duties & Responsibility
- Prepare paperwork, schedule, and facilitate smooth new hire onboarding process, coordinating with cross-functional departments to deliver an exceptional first-day experience.
- Handle all administrative tasks for onboarding, new hire orientation, and exit interviews, including entering data into HR information systems and auditing for accuracy and
compliance.
- Manage all recruitment process and report to the HR Manager for the recruitment planning.
- Perform all jobs posting as well as engaging with recruitment agents to make sure to recruit the best candidates.
- Track and follow up probation and inform supervisor for evaluation in a timely manner.
- Process employment contract and make sure the contracts are ready for the employee to sign by ensuring the approval from the management.
- Conduct staff orientation regarding to company’s policies and procedures, benefits relating to the position, and other necessary information to make sure new staff are well understood.
- Facilitate with ministry officer relating to all relevant HR compliances and auditing.
- Track staff movement (in and out) and update to the ministry as required by law.
- Assist HR manager in clearing payout compensation for employee when the contract is terminated.
- Conduct exit interview with employee and update the report to the HR/Admin manager, Compensation & Benefit
- Be the primary backup for payroll processing, including bi-weekly and semi-monthly updates to employee files, bonus/incentive pay, tracking vacation/sick pay, importing expense reimbursements, inputting exceptions, hourly employee validations, and benefit changes
- Handle all payments to NSSF as required by law
- Inform staff movement and processing the payroll
- Provide an effective and dedicated HR advisory service to employees in relation to absence and health issues, conduct and capability, grievance matters, organizational change, and all other employee-relations matters
- Assist in the communication, interpretation, and upkeep of employee handbook, employee directory, and organizational chart, and contributes to the development of policies.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or a related field
- Excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills, ethics, and cultural awareness
- Resourceful, problem-solving aptitude and thorough knowledge of HR procedures and policies
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office, HRIS systems,
- Proven experience working in an HR department
- Natural interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong detail-oriented and resourceful mindset
- Knowledge of PeopleSoft a plus
- Knowledge of Cambodia labor laws and regulations
