- Involved in organizational development initiatives, such as change management, organizational restructuring, and culture transformation efforts.
- Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, providing guidance and support on HR-related matters.
- Address employee grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary issues in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Conduct investigations into workplace complaints and recommend appropriate resolutions.
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with data protection regulations.
- Process employee onboarding, offboarding, and changes in employment status.
- Administer employee benefits programs and assist employees with benefits-related inquiries.
- Support the performance management process, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and development planning.
- Stay current with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and reporting requirements.
- Perform other duties and special projects as assigned by management.
