Job Summary
Coordinate the HR planning process, recruitment, staff care, management practices, and issues. Provide HR guidance and consultative support to managers/supervisors of every department within the company. Ensure all HR systems and procedures are fully integrated and according to other support systems.
What you will do:
- Identifying labor needs
- Control and monitor monthly payroll & labor cost
- Documenting the rules of the company with further changes and improvements
- Serve as a consultant with staff advising them on human resources issues
- Asset management / Shift management
- Legal/Internal documentation
- Other assignments from the CEO, GM, and COM
What you should have:
- University student / Fresh graduate
- Minimum of 6 months to 1-year experience in working with human resource
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency English
- Advanced in Google Workspace
