You can choose shifts morning (8 to 12) or afternoon (1 to 5).
Responsibilities and Duties:
1. Collecting leave and note-taking
2. Some NSFF document: (Writing Declaration of Occupational Risk and Health Care Contribution every month)
3. Updating staff profile, application & record staff history:
( CV, cover letter and keep their history in file)
4. Preparing staff ID card: (Make staff cards for new employees)
5. Calling candidates for interviews: (Call shortlist and make appointments for interviews)
6. Making employment letter for open bank account for new staff: (Issue letter for creating bank account for the new staff)
7. Prepare staff monthly OT list
Requirements:
