Human Resource Development will operate the day-to-day Human Resources for the company. Their duties include facilitating communication throughout a company, developing procedures to make a workplace more efficient and providing oversight and guidance to the development and monitoring of processes related to recruitment and retention, compliance, training and development.

Requirements:
1. Male/Female age below 35 years old.
2. Able to speak English (able to speak Malayu Point Plus)
3. Knowledge of computers and understanding of Microsoft Office tools.
4. Experience in recruitment is a plus (fresh graduates are also welcome).
5. Live in Sihanoukville or willing to be placed at Sihanoukville
6. Placement at Boya Office (Sihanoukville).

Job desc:
1. Search, filter and recurit employees according to company needs.
2. Administration and filling candidates.
3. Understanding Cambodia employee regulations and turning them into the employee contract and also implementation.
4. Evaluation and extending the contract with the employee.
