Job Duties:

• Recruiting Staffs, prepare questionnaire for interviewing/testing, conduct reference check and job offer.
• Prepare and manage schedule for staff training.
• Prepare and manage staff evaluation process.
• Monitor employee contract
• Assist manager in preparing job description (JD), employment contract & manpower request for all staff.
• Assist Manager in developing HR strategic, policy and procedure.
• Implement and maintain HR policies by working closely with all line manager and assist in promoting HR’s function within the company.
• Conduct recruitment & selection staff per annual planning new staff requisition ensure timely appointment quality for vacancies.
• Conduct staff orientation regarding with the company background, vision mission, culture values, management structure and policies etc.,
• Prepare coordinate administer training session, workshop seminar both in-house training with training agencies.
• Conduct training and/or develop line trainers according identified and training refreshment follow up activity.
Job Requirement:
• Gender: Male/Female.
• Age: 22-35 years.
• Minimum 2 years of experience HR Management.
• Good understand labor law.
• Good writing & in English, Khmer.
• Good and influencing skills.
• Good planning organizational skills.
• Bachelor Business Administration-major HR Management.
• Ability write report.
• Able work a teamwork environment hardship condition.
• Good inter-personal and good communication skill.
• Salary: $450 - $600
