Job Summary: As an Design Editor at Laudert (Cambodia) Co., Ltd., you will play a crucial role in producing visually appealing and engaging brochures, catalogs, Image editing and reports for our clients. You will work closely with our German teams to ensure that these materials are polished, error-free, and meet the highest standards of quality.

Working Schedule:
Monday to Friday
6:30am to 3:30pm
3:30pm to 10:30pm

Saturday rotation schedule:
6:30am to 12:00pm

Age: under 28Y

Salary:
If have experience photoshop+English: $180-$300
If have experience for photoshop+Indesign+English: $300-$400


Key Responsibilities:
InDesign:
1. Layout Design: Create and refine layouts for brochures, catalogs, and reports using Adobe InDesign, ensuring that content is visually appealing, well-organized, and consistent with brand guidelines.
2. Typography and Formatting: Apply typography principles to enhance readability and aesthetics in brochures, catalogs, and reports. Ensure consistent formatting, including font styles, sizes, and spacing.
3. Image and Graphics Handling: Import, edit, and optimize images and graphics for use in brochures, catalogs, and reports, ensuring that visuals complement and enhance the content.
4. Proofreading and Quality Control: Review brochures, catalogs, and reports for style, punctuation, and formatting errors. Conduct thorough quality checks to maintain accuracy and consistency.
5. File Management: Organize and maintain files and assets related to brochures, catalogs, and reports, including version control, to facilitate efficient project management and revisions.
6. Adherence to Deadlines: Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting strict deadlines and ensuring timely delivery of completed brochures, catalogs, and reports.
7. Software Proficiency: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and software updates related to Adobe InDesign and other design tools.

Image Edging:
Photography retouching: cleaning, skin retouch, adjust background.
• Remove only prominent disturbing creases if it was not from movement
• Remove big spots, pimples, birthmarks on skin.
• Remove dirt, dust and fluff, photo helps, dummy…etc.
• Liquify the outline to look natural (model + clothes)
• Create symmetrical by liquifying
• Insert neck part into front, make natural shadow (inclip)
• Create a shadow for Model feet
• Create a transparent background or adjust the background to follow the requirement from customers.
Color correction:
• Adjust skin color, background, clothes to follow the examples.
Qualifications:
• Knowledge in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• Students are welcome.
• Proven experience with Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign and other Adobe Creative Suite software.
• Strong knowledge of design principles, typography, and layout.
• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Khmer national with strong English communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in designing brochures, catalogs, and reports.
• Knowledge of other design software, such as Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Familiarity with print production processes.
