Position: Manager, IT_Network/Infra Structure (Salary Negotiable)

1). Position Summary
Manager, IT_Network/Infra Structure, is responsible for installing and maintaining computer hardware, software, and networks. S/he will support and assist in managing and providing a direct and control the development, implementation and maintenance of the company’s information technology systems to support the business objectives of the company. Hardware and software maintenance, training and consultation, and recommendations about future planning and development of resources.
2). Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement an information technology strategy to support the financial business objectives of the company.
- Develop appropriate computerized information systems to meet the needs of managers and staff, and provide a source of advice to managers and staff on information technology issues.
- Direct and control the staff of the department to ensure that they are appropriately motivated and trained and that they carry out their responsibilities to the required standard.
 Establish and maintain all necessary information technology procedures and ensure that all systems are supported by the necessary documentation and manuals.
- Help to define IT training needs and provide training as required to ensure the most effective use of computer systems.
- Develop a program of maintenance and support for all IT systems to ensure a minimum of downtime and fast resolution of any problems.
- Identify areas in which the introduction of new technology will improve business performance and assist managers with the implementation of any new systems.
- Possess analytical, communication, and coordination skills, good service-mind and human relations, and is hard-working as well as resilient.
- Other tasks assigned by Country Manager/GM and Representative of Management.
3). Position Requirements
- Bachelor's Degrees in information technology, Computer Science / Computer Engineering, and related fields.
- Age: 25y_38y (Male & Female)
- At least 6up years’ experience required
- Knowledge of digital marketing is the most advantages.
- Technical Knowledge & Skill in Computer Resolution/Setting up, network, email, website control, TCP/IP, WAN, LAN, ADSL, DNS Networking
- Good command of English.
- Work closely with the Management Team, and another relevant team.
- Carry out other duties appropriate to this post as requested by the line manager.
4). Working Hours:
- 8:00AM_5:00PM from Monday to Friday (1hour Break for Lunch Time: 12:00pm_1:00pm)
- And Saturday Morning 8:00AM_11:30AM.
Weekly Off (from Saturday afternoon and a Whole Sunday)
- Public Holidays and others are in compliance with Cambodian Labor Law, and the Ministry of Labor and Vocational Training (MoLVT).
