1) Prepare monthly and annual loan disbursement and portfolio target plan.
2) Research, analyze and identify target clients and market areas to promote and sell the MFI’s products and services.
3) Explain loan products, policy and procedure to loan applicant.
4) Perform data collection, validation and appraisal of all loan applicants before recommending loans for approval.
5) Assist clients to complete loan application and loan contract and other relevant documents together with explanation of terms and conditions of borrowing loan.
6) Build and maintain good relationship with colleagues, customers, local authorities and other stakeholders.
7) Prepare loan management report for supervisor.
8) Perform loan monitoring, loan reviewing and problem solving related to delinquency and default loans.
9) Perform other tasks as it may require.
