** JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Perform IT security gaps analysis to comply with NBC TRM.
• Review and maintain up-to-date IT security policies and standards.
• Ensure solutions implementations comply with regulatory and security requirements and standards.
• Review IT change management and user access management.
• Conduct regular IT security reviews.
• Provide IT security training and awareness to users.
• Maintain IT risk register and mitigation action plans.
• Communicate between IT and internal/external audit on required assessments.
• Collaborate with management and related units to improve the security posture.
• Document any security breaches and assess their impact and damage.
• Coordinate and document information security incident response; ensure processes and procedures are tested regularly in line with IT continuity, Business Continuity Plan (BCP).
• Promote cyber security awareness at all levels of management and employees by maintaining and developing a positive culture of compliance against IT security policy, industry standards, and regulations.
• Provide line manager quality analysis to support decision-making.
• All other matters ancillary to the above and other related issues management may require from time to time.
