• Responsible for detailed event planning and research, create innovative campaigns and marketing initiatives
• Tracking and analyzing competitors’ advertising and promotion
• Work with social media and graphic designer team to work on digital advertisement of the event
• Establishing good relationships with media, handling press releases as well as managing web initiatives
• Carry out planned marketing activities efficiently in timely manner.
• Manage the public event calendar to do the university event.
• Propose and work with other faculties to deliver the student events.
• Other tasks assigned by manager.
Job Requirement
• A Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing or a related field
• Good command of English language; written and spoken, computer literate.
• At least 2 years of diverse experience in marketing, and event planning.
• Experience in event management, dealing with the public in a busy.
• Knowledge of event and marketing planning, delivery processes and techniques
• Excellent prospecting and research skills to identify event marketing opportunities.
• Able to travel on the site and other branches.
