• Supervisor assistant and assigns staff for each areas
• Patients care is also their responsibility.
• Order supplies/plan supplies
• Quality control.
• Monthly report for staff to the nursing director.
• Staff building/ education staff.
• Ensure quality control measure are followed by staff.
• Monthly for staff scheduling and problem solving and conflict resolution.
• Counsel or solve the problems of patients.
• Evaluate patients and report to doctors for patients that need to admit or patients that need to discharge when there is need of beds for new patients to admit.
• Responsible for requesting supplies from Warehouse and medicine in stock.
• In addition, he/she will assist to nursing supervisor to do staff schedule, evaluation, daily assignment, and complete paper work such as additional hour, holiday paid, and oxygen paid.
• Other work as assigned by managers
