Role: Office Administrator (Phnom Penh, Mean Chey District)

- Co-ordinate and manage administrative tasks and workplace operations
- Support management team with tasks, such as invoicing, producing staff contracts, contacting clients and service providers,
- Maintaining office files and procedures, i.e. staff contracts and documentation, invoices, tracking costs/receipts, maintaining leave tracking, etc.
- May be required to do some tasks outside of the office from time to time – purchasing office supplies, organising deliveries, etc.
- Supporting team by conducting surveys by phone, calling to clients, etc.
- Performing other relevant duties when needed
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in an administrative, finance or assistant roles
- Versatile and adaptable to new tasks or requirements with positivity
- Comfortable and confident dealing with people, face to face or on the phone
- Organised and can keep track of multiple tasks ongoing at one time
- Some basic understanding of bookkeeping procedure – ie quotations, invoicing
- Honest, hard-working, positive and enthusiastic
- Fluent Khmer language and are proficient English language
