Job Description
- Prepare purchase orders and send copies to suppliers.
- Compare and select the most suitable suppliers with the best value based on criteria.
- Review and evaluate the performance of the suppliers.
- Establish, negotiate, and maintain Long Term Agreements and/or contracts with preferred suppliers to meet supplier performance.
- Establish cost goals, and aligned commodity strategy by minimizing costing and maximizing returns with innovative approaches.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration or a related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in procurement or a related area.
- Knowledge of procurement laws, regulations, and guidelines.
- Knowledge of market research.
- Knowledge of strategic planning.
- Be able to use Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Good in Excel and PowerPoint and other programs.
- Good written communication, and report-writing skills in English and Khmer.
