Ensure documents are delivered on time to customers after clearance
Follow up shipment arrival as per schedule
Update schedule to buyer and customer
Daily & monthly report to supervisor
Update document, close report file in timely manner by scanned via e-file
Strong follow SOP requirement
Other task assigned by management
