Job description:


- Receive booking confirmation, and shipping schedules from Customer Service,...
- Receive SI, VGM from clients/ Customer Service
- Create HBL draft and send HBL to customers, submit SI to Shipping Lines
- Send LOI (if any), prepare SI, VGM, Manifest File, ISF (US, Canada, Japan tradelanes).
- Check MBL, LOI, SeawayBill or Telex Release.
- Send notice to agents in advance
- Send HBL, MBL to foreign partners.
- Handle all problems during operation.
- Receive Pre-alerts from agents and send them to customers and upload Manifest.
- Receive and make Arrival notes for customers.
- Support other departments during work or when customers request.
- Support other arising tasks when requested by the manager.

Job requirements:

- Graduated from College/ university of Foreign Trade, Economics, Commerce, Supply Chain, Logistics ... or related fields.
- Experience in a document position of 6 months or above in the export field is preferred
- Able to use English at work.
- Good computer skills & Microsoft Office.
- Able to work under high pressure and teamwork.
- Hardworking personality, willing to learn, careful and meticulous.

Working hours: Monday to Saturday morning (Morning 8:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.; Afternoon 13:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m.)
